My whirlpool stove knob and valve broke a little over a year whirlpool and the 3rd party company they tried to send out was no help! I walked in and spoke to the Kim & the girls in the back and got the best service I’ve got in a long time! They went above and beyond to search for parts make appointments and work with what I could afford.. The tech that came out was super nice fast and stove was back up and running within 30 min! This will now be my go to for all my service needs! Thank you girls again!

Purchased appliances for our house as our builder sent us there . Appliances were delivered in July of 2023. After removing plastic from fridge noticed a small ding in door and scratches on other doors along with a dent and marks on the side. We dealt with Kristine and she said she will give us $200 back for the dent on side and replace all the doors we agreed to this which was back in July. It is now November and wife made several phone calls in the past months to Nasons and she was always told only Kristine can help us. She has left several voice mails to her on a few occasions she did get back but always getting the run around. She spoke with Eric on11/4/23 and again the run around. She spoke with Kristine today 11/6 and again said she will check and get back to us. Kristine was all nice in the beginning until Nasons got our money. These people do nothing but lie to you. We were going to go elsewhere in the beginning Kristine talked us out of it. We are so sorry for dealing with Nasons. Anyone who reads this STAY away from Nasons. I talked to credit card company and I think I'm going to dispute the charge for fridge. After posting this review wife got a call from Kristine asking to take down the bad review if we want our fridge repaired as the doors were being delivered to them . I called Samsung there was only one door available freezer door was discontinued and the rep. said it would be cheaper for them to replace the fridge. The dispute with charge card did not work as we should have returned the merchandise. To this day we never got the $200 credit back and no repairs to fridge. After speaking to some of our neighbors we come across 2 others that had bad experience with Nasons as well. I am going to file with BBB as well and urge anyone else who has had a bad experience with Nasons to do the same. I hard to believe they have ANY 5 star reviews probably friends or employees.

Beware of their installers! My mom just got a new dishwasher from them and they installed it incorrectly. Apparently the installer had just been hired a month prior as a delivery driver but was “promoted” to installer after the previous guy left. He didn’t clamp an open valve which let water leak all over her cabinet, ruining the bottom of it. When we went to the store to ask about it, the woman was super rude and insisted their installers are great. Lo and behold they came out to check and it was wrong. We used them several years ago for new kitchen appliances and they failed to protect our wood floors, leading to major gauges from them taking out our oven and fridge. We had to argue with them to get them to finally pay for repairs.

Bought an LG dryer and had a nightmare with LG customer service. A part needed to be replaced as I noticed a dent during installation. First visit with LG was just to see what part was needed, the second visit was to replace the part but the part ordered was dented so they had to order another part, the third visit we waited all day and they never showed up and no number to call that wasn’t an automated message. Was so ridiculous. Wasted our whole day. I got so frustrated I called Nason’s. They were great. No questions asked. Let me replace my dryer with a Whirlpool so I didn’t have to deal with LG customer service any longer. Thank you Nason’s!

Amazing customer service! I’m in the middle of a remodel and working with our contractors & kitchen designer appliances were all ordered from another region supplier in January 2022. 5 months later I’m told that my oven won’t arrive now until Feb 2023 and not much they can do about it. My cabinets were custom built around the appliances ordered, but not having an oven/microwave for over a year? Was simply unacceptable & I original seller didn’t seem to have any solutions. I callled Nasons to see what they might have stock or able to get stock sooner but other brands had different measurements and I was stressed about it fitting. Within 2-3 hours Nason found my oven in Cincinnati- drove over the weekend to pick it up & installed it 3 days later. Above and beyond service- thank you so much! Exceeded all my expectations- ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

My refrigerator wasn’t cooling so I went on line to set up an appointment for repairs. I gave model number and the customer service person came back and said that the unit was 17 years old. He can probably fix it but you be looking at a new compressor for $300-$500. He said that this same went on sale from $1099 to $699 and that I might be better off replacing it at that cost! Wow how refreshing to have a company to look out for your best interest instead of just sending someone out. I bought the new one was delivered today. The delivery people were polite and very careful with everything. I really appreciated their attitude. I am very happy with the company and I am a repeat customer.
